Are your wax melts handmade?

Yes! Every wax melt is hand-poured with care and attention to detail. Slight variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and part of the charm of handmade goods.

 


 How long does processing take?

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed. Many items are made to order. During sales or high-volume times, there may be slight delays but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

 

 Do you offer returns or refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to the handmade and scent-sensitive nature of our products. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

 

What if my package is delayed, melted, or lost?

We are not responsible for issues caused by shipping carriers (such as delays, melting, or lost packages). We recommend monitoring your tracking closely once it ships, especially during hot weather. For more info, please review our Shipping Policy.

 

 Can I change my address after ordering? 

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at wikkwax@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update it in time.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure checkout options provided through Shopify.
