Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, as many of our wax melts are made fresh upon request to ensure quality.
If an item is in stock, it may ship sooner but made-to-order melts may require a little extra time, especially during busy periods. We'll always keep you updated if we anticipate a delay.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- We are not liable for melted products, especially during warmer seasons. We recommend keeping track of your delivery to avoid products sitting in hot conditions.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier or those lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
