Due to the handmade and scent sensitive nature of our wax melts, all sales are final.
Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage, melting, loss, or delay caused by postal carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for the package.
That said, your satisfaction means a lot to us! If you experience an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out within 3 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make things right where possible.
